Important Rules & Safety Guidelines
To ensure everyone has a safe and exhilarating time, please note the following requirements:

Participant Requirements:

• Age: Minimum 16 years to drive (under supervision); minimum 10 years to ride as a passenger.
• Physical: Must be able to swim unaided. Minimum height of ~1.4m to reach handlebars and footrests safely.
• Health: Not suitable for pregnant guests or those with heart, neck, or back conditions.
• Sobriety: Zero-tolerance policy for alcohol or drugs.

Operating Conditions:
Safety is our priority. We monitor the weather closely and will not operate in wind speeds exceeding 25 knots, swells over 2.0m, or poor visibility. If we cancel due to weather, we will prioritize rescheduling your booking.

On the Water:

A safety lanyard (kill switch) must be worn at all times.

You must follow the skipper’s instructions and respect local marine life.

Reckless manoeuvres or “tricks” are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of all guests.

Main Track: For the full-speed experience, racers must meet a minimum height requirement of 1.5m.
